How is Anaboo.AI different from a regular AI recruitment firm?+

Three ways. First, we train. Most firms only place people who already ship AI, Anaboo.AI also builds operators from scratch through our Trained pathway, then places them. Second, every CAIO Anaboo.AI places stays connected to our team for the life of the placement, not abandoned after the contract is signed. Third, our replacement guarantee runs the full 12 months, well beyond the industry standard of 3.

Do we own what the CAIO builds?+

Yes. Everything they build belongs to your business. After the 12-month Anaboo contract, you can convert them to a direct employee, and the systems stay regardless.

What does the CAIO actually deploy?+

Often Anaboo's AIOS platform, the AI Operating System with pre-built skills, agents and dashboards, configured to your business. Sometimes custom builds where AIOS isn't the fit. The CAIO decides.

Where are CAIOs based?+

Singapore, United Kingdom, Australia and Southeast Asia. Most placements are local to the hiring business, but remote-first roles are common at Tier 2 and Tier 3.

How does the 12-month placement structure work?+

Applies to Tier 1 (CAIO) and Tier 2 (AI Officer). Your hire is contracted through Anaboo for the first 12 months. You pay Anaboo, Anaboo pays them, the operator is embedded in your team day-to-day. After 12 months, you can convert them to a direct hire, the contract ends, employment moves to you.

How is Tier 3, the Forward Deployed Engineer, different from a placement?+

Different model. A placed CAIO or AI Officer becomes part of your team (and eventually your payroll). A Forward Deployed Engineer is an Anaboo employee who deploys into your business for a 3–6 month engagement on a monthly retainer, then leaves. No conversion. Use placements when you want to build the AI seat permanently. Use an FDE when you want a workflow shipped, your team trained, and your AI running, and you don't want to own the headcount. How much does training cost a candidate?+
