About the role.

A growing UK property management agency is looking for a sharp, organised Property Coordinator to run the administration and marketing for the team, fully remote from the Philippines, on UK hours.

You'll be the engine room of the office: keeping the database accurate, the paperwork moving, and the marketing consistent, while being the friendly, reliable point of contact for developers, agents and the wider team.

It's a real career role with a business that already runs a large, valued remote team. Not a faceless outsourcing seat.

What you'll do
  • Manage day-to-day administration for the team: invoices, paperwork and records
  • Keep the CRM and database software accurate and up to date
  • Handle calls and correspondence from developers, agents and salespeople
  • Look after the marketing and social media channels for the business
  • Stay highly organised and methodical, hitting deadlines without dropping detail

Your next step: a quick chat with Sean.

The first interview is run by Sean, our AI recruitment assistant. Treat him exactly like a real person, speak naturally and allow microphone access. He's trained to assess your answers against the Key Selection Criteria, so give as much relevant detail as you can.

It's ad-hoc and needs no preparation, you can do it whenever suits you.

What Sean assesses you on.

Every applicant is graded out of 10 against seven Key Selection Criteria. Speak to these and you'll give yourself the best chance.

3. Organisation

6. Work Ethic

Demonstrated drive and the hustle to keep going when there's always more to do.
