About the role.

A growing UK property management agency is looking for an experienced, organised Property Manager to look after a portfolio of tenancies end to end, fully remote from the Philippines, on UK hours.

You'll be the steady hand landlords and tenants rely on: keeping tenancies running smoothly, coordinating maintenance and contractors, staying on top of compliance and certificates, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

It's a role with real ownership, working for a business that already runs a large, valued remote team. A genuine career, not a faceless outsourcing seat.

What you'll do
  • Manage a portfolio of tenancies from move-in to move-out
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, and chase jobs through to completion
  • Track rent, arrears and renewals, and keep the CRM accurate
  • Stay on top of compliance: gas, electrical, EPC and deposit deadlines
  • Schedule inspections and keep records audit-ready
